Fast-paced, high-retention editing for short-form content — gaming, fitness, and data-driven explainer edits. Based in Portugal, working with clients worldwide.
Fast-paced shorts built around one goal: keep the viewer watching to the last frame. Tight cuts, sound-driven pacing, and hooks placed in the first second.
Simple setup, no room to hide — retention here comes entirely from pacing, cut timing, and on-screen text placement.
Charts, callouts, and on-screen data woven into the cut — explainer-style editing built to make information easy to follow at speed.
Most of the work above is in Portuguese, but this project shows the same editing approach delivered directly for an international, English-speaking client — start to finish.
I started out editing gaming shorts — fast-paced, retention-driven cuts where every second on screen has to earn its place. From there, I moved into working with an English-speaking client, editing content for a coach who trains yoga teachers. It wasn't a huge project, but it gave me real experience delivering edits for an international audience, in English, start to finish.
After that, I shifted into Brazilian fitness content, working across two very different styles: simple talking-head videos that live or die on pacing, and more "scientific" explainer-style edits built around charts, callouts, and on-screen data.
Across all of it, I've racked up 4M+ views and 130K+ likes. Most of my portfolio here is in Portuguese, but the yoga coaching project shows I can deliver the same quality directly in English — and I'm actively adding more English-language samples.
Open for freelance projects — gaming shorts, fitness content, or anything that needs precise, high-retention editing.
